BULLETIN 1 — MECHANICAL / FEASIBILITY ENGINEER (Paid Contractor Engagement)
Title: Paid Feasibility / Mechanical Engineering Contractor — Adult Powered Upholstered Recliner Concept (California Startup)

ReclineABear LLC (California) is developing an adult-oriented, plush, powered upholstered recliner concept. We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer or product-development contractor for a limited, paid early-stage feasibility engagement.

Scope (after signed mutual NDA + services/IP agreement + SOW):
- Review and refine steel-frame / mechanism concept for loads, joints, tolerances, and build plan
- Provide manufacturability and safety-boundary input (no certification or medical claims)
- Support controlled prototype path documentation

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with powered mechanisms, actuators, furniture frames, or consumer product kinematics
- SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / equivalent + ability documentation habits
- Willingness to work under NDA and assign IP for paid work product
- Availability for a defined, paid Statement of Work (not open-ended employment)

Process:
1. Reply with relevant experience examples (public work only) and rough rate structure
2. Signed mutual NDA required before any confidential drawings or technical detail
3. Services/IP agreement + final SOW before any paid work begins
4. Both founders must approve any engagement in writing

This is a paid contractor engagement, not an employee hire. No obligation is created by this inquiry. Do not begin work or order materials until written dual approval and agreements are in place.
