Accurate Google Forms Data Entry

I have several emails that need to be transcribed directly into my Google Form. All of the content is plain text, so no numerical fields or special layouts are involved—just straightforward copy-and-paste in simple text format exactly as it appears in each message.

My priority is 100% accuracy and completeness: every word, line break, and capitalization from the emails must be reflected in the corresponding form fields. I will share clear instructions on which sections of each email map to which questions, along with access to the Form and a small test batch so we can confirm that the approach is working before you continue with the remainder.

Once the test batch is approved, I expect the full set entered promptly, and I will spot-check for precision. If anything is missing or altered, I’ll send it back for correction.

• Google Form populated with all provided email content in simple text format, ready for my review and final submission.
