I’m ready to take my company into the premium adult space by licensing existing videos and images from two well-known studios, Adult Time and Evil Angel. To do that confidently I need a clear, actionable plan for structuring the licensing deal.

• A checklist of all legal and compliance requirements unique to adult content distribution in major markets (U.S., EU, select international territories).
