Need a complete 3D CAD model and workshop drawings for a compact bolt-together squat stand.

Includes:
• pull-up bar
• pair of open J-cups
• pair of 610 mm spotter arms

Look and function like a Rogue SML-2 / SAML-24.

Do NOT use Rogue names or logos on the model or drawings.

Project name: NT Lite Stand 2340
Units: millimetres only. Australian steel sections only.

Full sizes, photos and part notes are in the attached brief. Some photo numbers may conflict — you own the fit-up.

Priorities:
1. Every bolt and pin hole lines up. No site drilling.
2. J-cups and spotter arms pin at every Westside height without binding.
3. Stand sits flat. Pull-up bar is square.
4. Use the millimetre table in the brief, not inch marks in the photos.

Main sizes:
• Height 2343 mm
• Footprint 1245 × 1219 mm
• Uprights / arms: 75 × 75 × 3.0 SHS
• Base: 75 × 50 × 3.0 RHS
• Pull-up bar: 25NB (Ø33.7)
• Holes / pins: Ø16 / M16
• Duty ≥ 450 kg. Steel-only target 70–80 kg.

Deliverables:
• Native CAD (SolidWorks preferred, Fusion OK)
• STEP of the assembly and every part
• DXF 1:1 mm for every plate
• PDF workshop drawings + ballooned BOM
• One exploded view + one A3 isometric
• Skeleton screenshot for approval BEFORE weld detailing

Two revisions included.
Skeleton in 48–72 hours. Full pack in 5–7 days.

Budget: USD $150 maximum.

Confirm millimetre-only output and that you will own hole alignment and assembly fit before you start.
