Baby Sensory Animation: Ocean Friends

Ocean Friends Baby Sensory Video

Hello I am looking for a 2D animator/motion designer to create a 10-minute black-and-white baby sensory video aimed at babies approximately 0–3 months.

The theme is Ocean Friends, featuring whales, fish, jellyfish, bubbles and gentle waves. The animation should use clear high-contrast silhouettes, simple shapes and smooth, slow movement, while still feeling playful and engaging rather than static. The attached brief includes the full storyboard, visual direction and animation requirements.

The video will consist of approximately ten 1-minute animated sequences, plus a separate opening and closing clip. Music should be light, curious and gently upbeat rather than sleepy, with suitable royalty free music included.

Your fixed price must include:
• Creation of all required artwork
• Full 2D animation
• Background music and light sound effects
• 3 style frames
• 20-second motion test
• Reasonable revisions
• Final 1080p video exports
• Editable source/project files
• Full handover of files and assets

The required deliverables and review stages are set out in the attached brief.
Important: Please read the brief before bidding. Your bid should be your total fixed price for completing the project as described. Please do not submit a low placeholder price and increase it after discussion.

If anything is excluded from your price or would incur an additional cost, please state this clearly in your initial proposal.

Please provide:
• Total fixed price
• Estimated delivery time
• Software you will use
• Examples of similar animation work
• Any assumptions or exclusions

Thank you
