Adding feature in Mobile App Application

I am looking for a Flutter developer to add two important features to an existing video player application: **media notifications** and **Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode**.

The notification feature should provide a reliable playback notification while a video is playing, including the video title, play/pause control, previous/next controls where applicable, and other essential playback actions. The notification should work correctly when the application is minimized or running in the background and should integrate properly with Android media controls and the device lock screen.

The Picture-in-Picture feature should allow users to continue watching videos in a small floating window while using other applications. Users should be able to enter PiP mode when pressing the Home button or minimizing the application, where supported. Playback should continue smoothly without interruption, and returning to the application should restore the normal player interface correctly.

Both features must be implemented cleanly in the existing Flutter project without breaking current video playback, playlists, navigation, ads, or other functionality. The implementation should follow Android best practices, handle lifecycle changes properly, and be tested on different Android versions and screen sizes. Please also ensure the code is well structured and easy to maintain.
