Accurate PDF-to-Word Conversion

I need my source PDF reproduced in Word with absolute fidelity—text, fonts, images, tables, and overall layout should look and flow exactly the same, just now fully editable. No stray line breaks, missing graphics, or distorted columns; I want to open the .docx and start working as if it were the original file.

You are free to combine automated tools with careful manual cleanup, but the end result must be clean, style-based, and free of OCR or formatting artefacts. A quick turnaround is appreciated; I will supply the PDF as soon as we agree on the project.
