Encode English Text to Word -- 2

I have a body of English text that must be accurately encoded into an editable Microsoft Word document (.docx). You will receive the source material as image scans; simply reproduce the words exactly as they appear, keep paragraph breaks and any emphasis such as italics or bold, and correct obvious typographical errors along the way.

The final hand-off I need is a clean, well-formatted Word file that mirrors the original content page for page. If you like drafting in another editor first, that is fine, provided the finished product I receive is a Word document.

Once I confirm the text has been faithfully transferred, the job is complete.
