Accurate PDF to Excel Entry

I have a set of PDF files containing mixed text and numerical information that must be transcribed into Excel with care. Every record has to match the original source exactly, with spelling and figures double-checked before submission. While the sheets only need basic formatting—bold or italics where it already exists in the PDFs—the finished workbook should still look clean and easy to read.

Deliverables
• One Excel file (or a clearly named workbook per PDF, if that proves more practical) mirroring all content from the source PDFs
• Correctly typed and proof-read values for both text and numbers
• Basic formatting applied consistently across the sheet(s)

I will review the result against the original PDFs and expect very high accuracy. If anything is unclear while you work, flag it rather than guessing; data integrity is more important than speed, though a prompt turnaround is still needed.
