I have a collection of handwritten records that I need transcribed into clean digital files. The notes are only somewhat legible, so this is very much a manual typing project rather than a quick OCR job. Accuracy is crucial: each word has to be checked carefully, and any bullet-point or list structure that appears on the page must be reproduced exactly in the final document.

You are free to use Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or another standard word-processing tool—what matters most is that the finished file is error-free, neatly formatted, and ready for immediate use. If you prefer a specific file type, let me know; I’m flexible as long as the layout remains intact.

Deliverable:
• A fully typed, proof-read document (or documents), with all original bullet lists preserved.

Before we wrap up, I will spot-check random pages to confirm that spelling, punctuation, and list hierarchy match the source material. Once everything passes that check, the project is complete.
