Accurate Excel Data Entry Needed

I have a batch of handwritten notes that must be transferred into a clean, searchable spreadsheet. The content is mixed—both text and numbers—and I need it entered with standard formatting in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, whichever you prefer.

What matters most to me is accuracy. Every line should be double-checked so totals add up, spellings match the original notes, and no cells are left blank unless the source is blank. A quick turnaround is essential, but never at the expense of precision.

Deliverables
