Accurate Excel Data Entry

I need all the information I supply moved into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The content is plain text—names, addresses, notes and similar fields—and each piece must be placed in the exact columns I specify. You will receive the source material in mixed formats such as PDFs, scans and text files, along with a sample row and a short style guide for consistency.

Accuracy and careful formatting are more important to me than speed. Please proof-read your work, use Excel tools like Find/Replace, text-to-columns or data validation where helpful, and flag anything that looks unclear.
