Some files arrive already digital, others may come from scans or handwritten pages; whichever format I supply, the end goal remains the same—clean, consistent, and well-structured data that is ready for immediate use. You’ll need an eye for detail, a steady typing hand, and the judgment to spot and correct obvious errors without changing the essence of the content.
Typical tools on my side are Excel, Google Sheets, and, when the source is scanned, basic OCR utilities. If you prefer additional software for faster throughput, just let me know. Confidentiality is important, so please handle every record with care.
Deliverables:
• Final spreadsheet (XLSX or CSV) free of typos, duplicates, and misalignments
• A short log of any significant edits, notes, or assumptions made during cleanup
• Optional: macros or scripts if you automate any part of the process
