We are looking for an expert Full-Stack Flutter Developer to overhaul the onboarding sequence of our dating application, endorse.

This project requires deep architectural knowledge of mobile application design, focusing on offloading UI rendering logic to the server side and fixing a critical image upload bottleneck.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement Server-Driven UI (SDUI): Refactor our multi-screen registration form so that copy, color parameters, and flow logic are driven dynamically by our backend via JSON state contracts.

Integrate Rive Animations: Build an interactive "AI Coach" mascot component using Rive state machine runtimes. The mascot needs to react in real-time to user validation states (isThinking, isSuccess, isError).

Overhaul Photo Upload Pipeline: Re-engineer a broken photo module using client-side downscaling/compression (flutter_image_compress), background upload streams (Dio), native .heic array conversion, and direct-to-CDN ingestion (Cloudinary/Uploadcare).

Required Technical Stack & Experience:
Proven track record with Flutter & Dart (minimum 3+ years production experience).
Deep mastery of clean state management architectures (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider).
Experience working with Rive or complex interactive layout vector runtimes.
Strong understanding of RESTful API contracts and secure multi-part chunked media uploads.
Must provide portfolio examples of slick, highly animated onboarding flows or production-grade applications.
