Full Zoho One Implementation

I’m rolling out Zoho One across the entire company to streamline our day-to-day operations and need a seasoned Zoho specialist to plan, configure, and fine-tune the suite so every department can work from a single source of truth.

Selected areas to optimise:
• Sales and marketing
• Accounting and finance
• Human resources
• (In short, all departments)

Key apps we will rely on include Zoho CRM, Books, People, Marketing and SalesIQ. Workflows must link these modules seamlessly, pass data in real time, and surface actionable reports for managers.

Deliverables
• System-wide blueprint covering user roles, data architecture and automation logic
• Configuration and customisation of each selected module, with branded templates, dashboards and custom fields where required
• Cross-module automations (e.g., lead-to-invoice pipeline, HR onboarding notifications) and API integrations with our existing tools if gaps appear
• Migration of historical data with field mapping and integrity checks
• Staff training sessions (recorded) and concise SOP documentation
• Two weeks of post-go-live support to iron out issues

Acceptance will be based on:
1. All stated departments completing a full test cycle without critical errors
2. Dashboards in CRM, Books and People reflecting live, accurate figures
3. Staff confirming they can execute their standard tasks end-to-end within Zoho One in under the current time
