**Project Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced full-stack development team or senior developer to build an end-to-end, syllabus-oriented Academic Notes Marketplace. The system consists of a cross-platform Mobile App (Android & iOS) for students and a Web-Based Admin Panel for creators/super-admins.

### Core Key Features (MVP Phase 1)

**1. Authentication & Security Architecture**

* Student OTP/Password sign-up & multi-role authenticated access (Student, Creator, Super-Admin).

* Hardware/Session Limits: Enforce a strict maximum of 2 registered devices per student account with OTP-gated device removal.

* Server-Side Entitlement: Zero client-side authority for payments; all document streaming tokens verified via server-side APIs.

**2. Academic Content Hierarchy & Catalog**

* Hierarchical Navigation: *Course $\rightarrow$ Year $\rightarrow$ Semester $\rightarrow$ Subject $\rightarrow$ Unit $\rightarrow$ Topic $\rightarrow$ Note*.

* Categorization: Notes, Question Banks, PYQs, MCQs, Reference Materials.

* Search & Discovery: Global multi-parameter search (subject, author, university, semester) with card listings.

* Free Preview Engine: Lock full documents while allowing access to cover pages, table of contents, and 1–3 sample pages.

**3. Payments & Monetization**

* Single-note purchasing flow via Indian Payment Gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree / PayU) supporting UPI, Cards, NetBanking, & Wallets.

* In-app purchase verification, real-time unlocking, and purchase history tracking.

**4. Secure In-App Document Reader & DRM Mitigation**

* In-App Rendering: Direct PDF streaming into a custom viewer (no raw PDF download or external sharing allowed).

* Dynamic Watermarking: Per-user dynamic overlays displaying Purchaser Name, User ID, and Access Date across pages.

* Protection Rules: Disable copy/paste, external file opening, direct printing, and OS-level screenshot/screen recording where technically feasible.

* Reader Tools: Text search within document, pinch-to-zoom, page bookmarks, text highlighting, and custom user annotations.

**5. Student Library & Dashboard**

* Continue Learning tracker with completion percentage.

* Organised tabs for Purchased Items, Saved/Bookmarked Notes, and Recently Viewed items.

**6. Web Admin & Super-Admin Panels**

* Content Creator Dashboard: Rich upload forms (metadata, subject mapping, preview page selector, PDF source, thumbnail, price setting, promotional discounts).

* Super-Admin Portal: System-wide analytics (active users, total revenue, top selling notes, sales trends), user/creator management, platform content moderation, and copyright reporting management.

* **Design Style:** Clean, scholarly, distraction-free UI with card layouts (Deep Navy/Teal palette).

* **Mobile Stack:** Cross-platform (Flutter or React Native preferred).
* **Backend Stack:** Node.js / Python / Go with REST APIs, encrypted storage for source documents, and expiring retrieval tokens.

* **Performance:** Progressive page rendering in document reader without full file pre-downloads.
