I have an 8-minute finished cut that is silent at the moment, and I want the soundtrack to feel as polished as the visuals. I need a clear, engaging English voice-over, a tasteful bed of royalty-free background music that never competes with the narration, and spot sound effects that accent key moments without sounding cheesy.

Please handle the entire audio pipeline—script timing, recording, cleaning, mixing, and final mastering—so I can drop the finished WAV straight onto my timeline.
