6G Network Information App with UPI Payments and Ad Monetization for India -- 2

I want to develop a mobile app in English that provides comprehensive information about 6G networks. The app should be designed for users across India—including general users, students, and professionals—and must feature my name, Ankit Pruseth, as the app creator. I want to monetize the app using advertising (Google AdMob) and also enable UPI-based payment options for users to access premium content or features. The ideal freelancer should have experience in mobile app development (Android preferred), knowledge of payment integration (especially UPI), and be able to implement ad networks. Experience with technology or informational apps is a plus. The app must be ready for launch and distribution nationwide, with options for marketing support if possible.
