I need a complete electrical design for a true-online 600 W UPS that will operate in a home environment. The scope covers everything from the high-level architecture down to production-ready documentation, so that I can have the unit prototyped and assembled without further engineering work.
What I expect you to produce includes:
• Full schematic with clearly annotated component values
• Bill of materials using readily available parts
• PCB layout files (Gerber or equivalent) and 3-D board view
• Control logic or firmware source (if a microcontroller or DSP is used)
• Mechanical outline showing heat-sink placement, transformer or inductor dimensions, and suggested enclosure size
• Brief test plan describing how to verify continuous 600 W output, transfer time, and safety protections
Please design for standard single-phase mains (let me know if you need a specific voltage), incorporate battery-management circuitry suitable for common lead-acid or Li-ion packs, and keep acoustic noise low enough for a living room.
I will review schematics first, approve the component selection, and then move on to PCB and firmware stages. If you are experienced with UPS topologies, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal design, I’m ready to get started right away.
