I’m looking for a data-sourcing pro who can deliver 50,000 fresh, fully verified investor leads specifically interested in real estate. “Verified” means each contact must pass an email validation test, be free of duplicates, and include a working phone number or LinkedIn profile so I can reach them reliably.

Here’s what I need from every record:
• First & last name
• Company (if any) and role/title
• Valid email (bounce rate under 5 %)
• Direct phone number or active LinkedIn URL
• City, state/region, and country

The focus is purely on individuals who invest in real estate—no generic B2C buyers or tech/health-care investors. I don’t have a geographic restriction, so feel free to pull from your strongest sources worldwide as long as quality stays consistent.

Delivery & format
Please supply the data in a clean CSV or Excel file, organised by clearly labelled columns. I’ll run a random 1,000-lead sample through ZeroBounce and NeverBounce on receipt; if accuracy is at least 95 % I’ll green-light the remainder.
