4500sqft Residential Plumbing CAD

I need a full plumbing drawing package for a new 4 500 sq ft residential build. The architectural team has already issued clean, scaled floor plans in PDF; I will forward those the moment we start. From that base I’m looking for complete, code-compliant plumbing layouts in AutoCAD (or compatible DWG):

• Plans for every level showing pipe routes, fixture locations and sizing
• Separate isometric/riser diagrams covering supply and DWV lines
• Fixture, fitting and equipment schedules with legend
• PDF plots for quick review plus the editable .dwg source files

The scope is strictly residential, so familiarity with typical house pressure zones, venting requirements and appliance tie-ins is essential. If you believe a gas line schematic should also be included, let me know—there is room to expand the set before permit submission.

Accuracy is key: dimensions must match the supplied floor plans, symbols must follow standard US conventions, and every fixture count should reconcile against the latest architectural sheet. I’ll review the first-pass layout within 48 hours and return red-lines; a clean, final issue set is expected soon after.

Please tell me what software version you will use and roughly how soon you can turn around the first draft once you receive the PDFs.
