3D Property Walkthrough Animation

I already have a fully modelled, textured and lit scene in 3ds Max with Corona Renderer. What I need now is a polished interior-and-exterior walkthrough: a single, smooth and slow camera path that gives equal attention to every room and outdoor area, rendered out to a finished video.

Scope of work
• Set up a continuous, slow-paced camera animation that travels through the entire property without favouring any single space.
• Optimise render settings in Corona to match the existing lighting and material setup.
• Produce the final video output (Full-HD or higher, 25–30 fps) and supply the raw frame sequence for archiving.

Acceptance criteria
— Camera movement feels natural with no sudden jolts or cuts.
— Lighting, exposure and colour remain consistent from start to finish.
— No visible flicker, noise or texture pop-ins in the final render.
