3D Printing & Manufacturing: SLA Resin Figurine (Mortar Man Sales Award)

We are looking for an experienced 3D printing specialist or fabricator to manufacture physical units of our figurine-style sales award using a pre-designed, ready-to-print STL file.

SPECIFICATIONS:
• Design Source: Client-provided 3D print-ready STL file with no additional modeling required.
• Material: High-detail SLA Resin (Stereolithography) to ensure precise features and smooth surface quality.
• Dimensions: 7.5 inches tall.
• Finish Options: Please provide pricing for both standard raw SLA resin (unpainted) and an optional metallic antique brass/brushed gold finish.
• Order Volume: 1 sample unit initially, followed by ongoing small batches of 1–2 units per quarter (4–10 total units per year).
• Packaging & Delivery: Items must be wrapped in protective bubble wrap or foam to prevent chipping during transit and shipped to Tualatin, OR 97062.

PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Estimated lead time for single-unit sample production.
• Availability and cost for rush delivery options.
• Itemized pricing for 1 sample unit and per-unit pricing for subsequent quarterly batch runs.
