Title:

Senior Three.js/WebGL Developer or Specialized 3D Web Team for a Confidential Interactive Browser-Based Architectural Platform

Project Overview:

We are developing a confidential interactive 3D platform built around a premium, navigable commercial architectural environment that runs directly inside a web browser.

This is not a conventional website, static architectural visualization, 360-degree tour, low-poly game demo, product configurator or rotating 3D object viewer.

The intended experience should allow users to enter a visually impressive architectural space, navigate naturally through connected interior areas, approach entrances, enter selected spaces and interact with environmental elements and digital content.

Phase 1 is a professional technical and visual prototype intended to establish the final quality standard, navigation system, asset pipeline, platform architecture and mobile-performance approach.

The complete concept, current private prototype, business model, spatial plans and distinctive platform features will only be shared with shortlisted candidates after confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements are signed.

Who May Apply:

Applications are welcome from:

* Highly experienced individual developers who can cover the complete scope.
* Specialized teams with proven browser-based 3D, architectural modelling and full-stack experience.

Teams and agencies must identify the exact individuals who will be assigned to the project, including the lead Three.js/WebGL developer, 3D environment artist and full-stack developer.

Unnamed, rotating or substitute personnel will not be accepted. No assigned person may be replaced and no work may be outsourced without prior written approval.

One named project lead must remain responsible for communication, technical decisions, delivery and quality control.

Phase 1 Prototype:

* One premium architectural lobby or atrium.
* One connected interactive interior space.
* High-quality architectural modelling.
* Refined materials, glass, lighting, reflections and environmental details.
* First-person or third-person navigation.
* Desktop keyboard and mouse controls.
* Mobile and tablet touch controls.
* Collision detection for walls, objects and architectural boundaries.
* At least one functional interactive entrance.
* Interaction with at least one environmental object or digital-content point.
* Arabic and English interface readiness.
* A professional loading experience and device-appropriate quality settings.
* Optimized GLB/glTF assets with suitable geometry and texture compression.
* Stable performance on an agreed desktop and mobile device list.
* A private staging environment.
* A technical foundation that can support future accounts, roles, administration tools and dynamically managed content.
* Complete delivery of source code, original 3D files, textures and project documentation.

Long-Term Platform Direction:

Following successful approval of Phase 1, the platform may expand to include:

* Multiple connected architectural areas.
* Additional interactive interior spaces.
* User accounts and saved user data.
* Role-based permissions.
* Administration and content-management tools.
* Arabic and English interfaces.
* Database-driven content.
* External service integrations.
* Performance monitoring and analytics.

The detailed structure and business functions of these later stages are confidential and are not part of the public project description.

Required Technical and Visual Experience:

* Three.js, React Three Fiber or Babylon.js.
* WebGL and browser-based real-time rendering.
* React, Next.js and TypeScript.
* Blender, Maya, 3ds Max or an equivalent professional 3D workflow.
* Architectural and environmental modelling.
* PBR materials, UVs, texture atlases and baked lighting.
* GLB/glTF production pipelines.
* Draco, Meshopt, KTX2/Basis, LOD and instancing.
* Collision and interaction systems.
* Mobile GPU, texture-memory and draw-call optimization.
* Progressive or staged asset loading.
* Authentication, databases, user roles and administration systems.
* Production deployment, error tracking and performance monitoring.

Application Requirements:

Begin your proposal with “PRIVATE 3D” to confirm that you have read the complete listing.

Please answer in the following numbered order:

1. Provide one direct live URL to an existing browser-based architectural 3D environment where the user can freely walk or navigate inside the space.

2. Provide a short, unedited screen recording with the browser URL visible, demonstrating:

* Initial loading.
* Desktop navigation.
* Actual mobile or touch controls.
* Collision with walls and objects.
* At least one interactive entrance or object.
* A visible live FPS or performance counter.

3. Provide two additional live Three.js/WebGL examples.

4. Explain precisely what you or your assigned team personally implemented in every submitted example, including:

* Three.js/WebGL programming.
* Navigation and camera controls.
* Collision detection.
* Interactive systems.
* Architectural modelling.
* Materials and lighting.
* Mobile optimization.
* Backend or full-stack functionality.

5. Identify the exact individuals who will work on this project. Provide each person’s full name, assigned role, portfolio and relevant experience.

6. Explain how you would optimize a detailed architectural environment for mid-range mobile devices. Include actual information from previous work where possible, such as model size, texture sizes, polygon counts, draw calls, memory usage, tested devices, loading time and achieved FPS.

7. Provide authorized evidence of your architectural 3D workflow, such as Blender, Maya or 3ds Max scenes showing wireframes, topology, UVs, materials and scene organization. Confidential client details may be hidden.

8. State your proposed technology stack and explain why it is suitable for this type of platform.

9. Confirm that the same named individuals will remain assigned throughout the project and that no work will be outsourced or reassigned without written approval.

10. Confirm that all source code, original 3D files, textures, repositories, storage, hosting and deployment configurations will be delivered into and controlled through client-owned accounts.

General websites, static renders, promotional videos, product configurators and rotating 3D objects alone are not sufficient.

If you do not have existing evidence that meets the browser-based architectural 3D requirement, please state this directly. Do not create new work specifically for the application stage and present it as previous experience.

Technical and visual qualification is the priority at this stage. Please do not focus your proposal on pricing or generic sales language.

Confidentiality and Ownership:

Shortlisted candidates must sign confidentiality and intellectual-property agreements before receiving the complete project brief, private references, existing prototype or architectural information.

All work must remain private.

No concept, source code, model, texture, design, screenshot, recording or project material may be published, reused, demonstrated, transferred or added to a portfolio without prior written permission.

All third-party assets, libraries and licences must be disclosed and approved.

Expected Duration:

The target duration for the Phase 1 prototype is approximately 2–4 weeks, subject to technical review and final agreement on the prototype scope.

This duration applies only to Phase 1 and not to the complete long-term platform.
