I have a newly built 3-bed-3-bath apartment and want every square foot to reflect a cohesive modern aesthetic rendered in calm, neutral tones. The scope covers the full apartment—living room, all bedrooms, plus the combined kitchen and dining area—so I’m after a complete, room-by-room 3D interior and bespoke furniture plan rather than piecemeal sketches.

What I expect:
• A functional layout for each space that optimises circulation and storage.
• Photorealistic 3D renders (day and night lighting) showing wall finishes, flooring, ceiling treatments and custom cabinetry.
• Furniture and décor specifications with dimensions, materials and purchase links or fabrication drawings.
• Source files that can be opened in industry-standard software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max or Revit, along with the exported high-resolution images.
• A concise colour, material and lighting schedule so that on-site contractors can implement the design without ambiguity.

I’m happy to provide floor plans, reference images and precise on-site measurements as soon as we get started. My goal is a turnkey design package that lets me move straight to execution once the visuals and selections are approved, so clarity and attention to detail in your deliverables will be essential.
