I’m ready to print a run of durable, credit-card sized coupon cards for an upcoming promotion and need a supplier who can handle everything from proof to delivery in or to Australia.
main factor is price per card
Quantity & format
– Initial order of 500 cards, with the possibility of doubling to 1,000 if the proofs meet our quality and price expectations.
– Standard CR-80 dimensions (roughly 86 × 54 mm), 30 mil thick PVC.
Barcode requirements
Each card must feature:
• A UPC Barcode for point-of-sale scanning.
• A separate QR code that holds a short text string (promo reference), so end-users can scan it with a phone. Both codes need to be crisp, machine-readable and placed exactly where bleed lines allow.
Print finish
Full-colour CMYK on both sides, glossy front, matte reverse is preferred but I’m open to your best recommendation for scannability and durability. Rounded corners are a must.
must provide layout its just for a discount coupon maybe 20 or 30% off
What I will provide
Final artwork files and the text to embed in the bar code. If minor layout tweaks are required to fit the barcodes cleanly, please include that in your service.
Deliverables
1. Digital proof showing crop marks, bleed and barcode placement.
2. 500 finished PVC cards (option to scale to 1,000) securely packed.
3. Tracking details once the shipment leaves your facility.
Shipping
Door-to-door delivery to Perth, Australia. Please outline estimated transit time and any duties or paperwork you’ll manage.
Quality check
Cards must arrive scratch-free, edges clean, colours accurate, and every code must scan without error on standard POS and mobile devices.
Let me know your production timeline, the file specs you prefer, and any questions you have so we can move straight to proofing.
