3BHK 2D/3D Interior Design

I have a newly built 3-bedroom apartment and want to see it come alive with a warm, traditional Indian wooden aesthetic that still feels light, modern, and highly functional. Every space—master, kid’s, and parent’s bedrooms, kitchen, living–dining, pooja corner with foyer, balcony, and terrace—needs a practical 2D layout first and then realistic 3D views so I can visualise how each element will sit in real life.

Key points I’d like you to keep in mind:
• I’m fully open to your thematic suggestions for individual rooms as long as the overall look stays cohesive.
• Custom storage solutions are essential across the flat.
• For woodwork I prefer BWP plywood with laminate; veneer on visible panels for a premium finish.
• Lighting must feel warm and inviting, not harsh, and colours should complement the wooden tones.

Please base your work on the floor plan and room dimensions I will supply. Your design should be detailed enough that a local carpenter can execute it without further clarification.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Furniture-placement plans in 2D with clear dimensions
2. Detailed working drawings for carpentry, electrical, and lighting points
3. Photorealistic 3D renders of every area mentioned
4. A concise palette and material board (wood type, laminates/veneers, fabrics, paint codes, lighting specs)
5. Source files (CAD/SketchUp/3ds Max or equivalent) plus final PDFs and high-resolution images
