30-Minute Documentary Editor Needed

I have all the raw footage for a 30-minute cinematic documentary shot on location in Mexico City and now need an editor who can shape it into a cohesive, emotionally resonant film. The single most important aspect for me is Shivam, so every decision—from pacing and structure to audio sweetening—should keep that focus front and centre.

Here’s the scope in a nutshell: weave the material into a clear narrative arc, refine pacing so each scene feels purposeful, handle colour correction and basic grading, design the sound bed (dialogue clean-up, ambience, tasteful effects), and synchronise music to heighten key beats without overwhelming the story. I work primarily in DaVinci Resolve and would like the grading done there, but if you prefer Premiere Pro or another NLE I’m open to collaborating as long as the final deliverables come back to me in a Resolve-friendly format.

Deliverables
• Locked 30-minute master export (ProRes or equivalent, UHD)
• Separate mix-ready audio stems (dialogue, effects, music)
• Resolve project file with all grades, titles and subtitles intact

I’m happy to share a sample reel so you can gauge the raw material, and I’ll stay responsive throughout for feedback rounds—two revision passes included, with more if we find it necessary to nail the feel.
