I’m producing a long-form YouTube animation set in the American Civil War and need a skilled Adobe Animate artist who can take my script and detailed scene-by-scene notes and turn them into lively, historically inspired cartoon sequences.

For our trial run, I’d like a fully finished 1–2 minute scene in 16:9. You’ll design every element from the ground up: simple, stick-limbed characters whose clothes and facial features echo real 19th-century figures, matching backgrounds, smooth movements, and the final composited shot. When the test scene meets expectations, we’ll roll straight into the complete 20–30 minute episode and, ideally, many more thereafter.

The environments you’ll bring to life include:
• Battlefields
• Campsites
• Historical buildings
• American Civil War towns, villages, farms, plantations, forests, rivers, roads, railways, forts, trenches, military headquarters, streets, interiors, and other era-accurate locations

Deliverables for the test:
• Adobe Animate (.fla) source file with organized layers and symbols
• Rendered 1080p MP4 preview of the scene

Please keep your rigging and naming tidy so I can tweak poses or timing later in Adobe Animate without rebuilding assets. If you’re passionate about history, enjoy stylised 2D work, and can meet reasonable deadlines, I’d love to see examples of similar projects you’ve handled. Looking forward to collaborating on this series!
