My 700 sq ft, two-bedroom flat needs a clear, basic drawing that shows exactly where every electrical power point should go. The goal is a practical plan that an electrician can follow without guesswork.

Core requirements
• Show standard 6 A and 16 A outlets in all typical spots—bedrooms, living area, passages and bathrooms—so day-to-day devices can plug in conveniently.
• Include two dedicated high-load points in the kitchen: one for the refrigerator and one for the microwave (feel free to suggest an extra if the layout naturally calls for it).
• Indicate switchboard positions and a sensible circuit grouping so loads remain balanced.

What I expect to receive
• A scaled layout drawing (PDF) plus the editable file—AutoCAD, Revit, or any common CAD format is fine.
• Simple legend or notation that makes the amperage and switchboard references unambiguous.
• A brief note explaining any design assumptions (wire gauge, conduit path, or local code nuances) so my site electrician can validate quickly.

If anything in the existing floor plan influences outlet placement—column offsets, built-in wardrobes, or sliding doors—please flag it. The flatter the learning curve for my installer, the better.
