20-Second Motion Graphics Cartoon

I need a 20-second 2D cartoon created in a clean, contemporary motion-graphics style. The clip will be used purely for entertainment, yet it still has to feel professional and straightforward rather than slapstick or overly whimsical.

Here is what I already have in mind:
– A simple storyline of one scene that resolves within those 20 seconds.
– Flat-colour characters and backgrounds with smooth, lively transitions typical of Adobe After Effects or similar motion-graphics tools.
– Voice-over and royalty-free music can be included if you offer it, but silent timing cues are fine too; I’ll add audio later if needed.

Deliverables:
• Storyboard or animatic for approval before production
• Final 1080p (or higher) MP4 and the editable project file

Once we lock the storyboard, I’d like the finished animation within a week, with one revision round built in. Let me know your preferred toolset and any samples of previous motion-graphics entertainment work you’ve done so I can gauge fit quickly.
