150-Page PDF to Word

I need my 150-page PDF reproduced in Microsoft Word so it looks exactly the same on every page. The source file is a true-text PDF—text can already be selected and copied—so no OCR cleanup is required. I do, however, want the finished .docx to retain all existing layout elements: images, tables, columns, headers, footers, page numbers, and any custom fonts.

Only the text must remain fully editable afterward; images and graphic elements can stay as fixed objects as long as they sit in the same positions.

Deliverable checklist:
• One Word document (.docx) mirroring the PDF page-for-page
• Consistent fonts, headings, and spacing identical to the original
• All images inserted in the same size and spot
• Working hyperlinks and internal references, if present
• No stray line breaks or formatting drift when I open the file in Word 2019+
