15-Second Reels Video Editing

I’m producing a series of TikTok and Instagram Reels that teach quick tips in a tight 15-second format. I need an editor who can turn raw, vertical footage into scroll-stopping tutorials with:

• on-screen captions that are easy to read and perfectly timed
• smooth, energetic transitions that fit the pace of short-form platforms
• background music that feels current, is royalty-free, and never drowns out the voice track

Every clip must be delivered in 1080 × 1920 (9:16) MP4, colour-corrected, audio-balanced, and ready to publish. If you can also supply an .srt file, even better. I haven’t locked in a specific caption style yet, so feel free to suggest bold, minimal, or anything you think suits the content.
