We are looking for a serious **Lead Generation Specialist** who can consistently deliver **15+ qualified leads every week** for our premium stock market and investment education program.

This is a **1-month project**, but successful performance can lead to a **long-term contract with higher earning potential.**

## NON-NEGOTIABLE TARGET: 15+ LEADS/WEEK

Our basic payment criteria is based on achieving approximately **15 or more qualified leads per week**.

* Impressions or clicks
* Fake or bot leads
* Purchased databases
* Random finance enquiries
* Unqualified prospects

We want **real, high-quality prospects.**

## WHO WE WANT AS LEADS

The ideal prospect should:

* Be genuinely interested in **stocks, investing, financial markets and wealth creation**
* Have active investment interest or experience
* Be financially capable / HNI-oriented
* Have the capacity and willingness to pay **₹4,000 per month** for a premium stock-market education program
* Be genuinely interested in discussing or purchasing the service

## PAYMENT + PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

This project includes multiple earning opportunities:

### Base Project Payment

For consistently achieving the agreed qualified lead target.

### Weekly Performance Bonus

If you consistently meet or exceed the weekly target with strong-quality leads, we will provide **additional performance incentives.**

### 30% COMMISSION ON CONVERTED LEADS

For every lead generated by you that becomes a **paying customer**, you will receive an additional **30% commission from that converted lead.**

This means your earning potential can go significantly beyond the base project payment if your leads convert successfully.

## LONG-TERM CONTRACT AVAILABLE

We are not looking for someone for only a few days.

If you can prove during the first month that you can consistently generate **15+ qualified leads per week**, maintain strong lead quality, and produce conversions, we are prepared to offer you a **long-term ongoing contract.**

We want to work with someone who can become our **long-term lead-generation partner.**
