Bulk Email Infrastructure & Deliverability Expert – MailWizz / PowerMTA / VPS

We seek an experienced specialist to build and manage our bulk email infrastructure using 3–5 VPS servers (OVH/LogicWeb).

We are considering MailWizz with PowerMTA, Postal, or your recommended SMTP/MTA solution.

We have 6–8 prepared HTML promotional email creatives and an initial scrubbed database of 500K contacts.

Your responsibilities:

Configure 3–5 VPS servers and complete mailing infrastructure.

Install and configure MailWizz and SMTP/MTA.

Configure sending domains, dedicated IPs, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR/rDNS and tracking.

Implement IP/domain warming and reputation monitoring.

Configure bounce handling, unsubscribe and suppression management.

Launch controlled test campaigns (1K, 5K, 15K), monitor and optimize.

Provide live platform access, delivery reports, and first-month management.

Requirements: Proven experience with 100K–500K+ permission-based campaigns. Provide examples of previous work, technical recommendations, and deliverability results.

Budget: $1,500–$2,500+ negotiable for the right expert. Include setup, testing and first-month management in your proposal. Infrastructure/software costs should be itemized separately.

We want full ownership of all servers, software, domains and campaign data, with potential for ongoing management.
