I am looking for an experienced PCB designer/electronics engineer to design a compact PCB for a 10W portable Bluetooth speaker.
The goal is to develop a reliable, compact and production-ready PCB that can be used for a small commercial Bluetooth speaker product.
Required Features
* Bluetooth audio connectivity
* 10W Class-D audio amplifier
* 4Ω speaker output
* Single-cell Li-ion battery operation
* Battery charging and protection circuit
* USB Type-C charging input
* Power ON/OFF control
* Play/Pause button
* Previous/Next track control
* Volume Up/Down control
* LED status indication
* Battery protection
* Low-battery indication
* Proper audio filtering and noise reduction
* Compact PCB suitable for a portable speaker enclosure
PCB Requirements
* Compact PCB layout with optimized component placement
* 2-layer PCB preferred, unless a different layer count is technically required
* Proper grounding and power routing
* Good audio PCB layout practices
* Protection against short circuit, over-current and over-voltage where applicable
* Components should be readily available and suitable for production
* Design should consider low BOM cost and easy assembly
Preferred Components
The designer can recommend suitable ICs/components based on performance and cost.
Possible areas include:
* Bluetooth audio module/SoC
* Class-D amplifier IC
* Li-ion charging IC
* Battery protection/BMS IC
