Data Coordinator
Role Overview
The Data Coordinator is responsible for processing and managing incoming data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across various content and research initiatives. This role involves tracking key industry developments, verifying user-submitted data, and supporting data-driven projects across teams.
Reports To:
Director, Data
Responsibilities
Data Processing & Management
Review and validate incoming data submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy before publication.
Maintain and update databases of industry-related information, ensuring records are current and well-organized.
Monitor and document key industry developments, such as event announcements, partnerships, and organizational changes.
Research and compile publicly available information, identifying relevant details to enhance internal data assets.
Standardize and categorize data to improve discoverability and usability across various platforms.
Perform ongoing quality checks to ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with the Commercial team to ensure accurate and consistent data distribution for external reports and client use.
Collaborate with the Product team to improve data collection methods, enhance automation processes, and refine workflows.
Support internal teams by providing data insights and analysis to guide decision-making and strategy development.
Communicate with external sources and partners to verify key industry data and expand available datasets.

Data Management & Research: Airtable, Google Sheets, Web Scraping Tools, Feedly, VisualPing
Communication & Workflow: Slack, Framer, Raycast, Figma
Customer Support & Verification: Intercom/Zendesk
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Experience in data collection, research, and validation.
Ability to effectively search and extract information from various online sources.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
Soft Skills
Strong verbal & written English skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team efforts.
Experience & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in research, data entry, or similar roles requiring accuracy and attention to detail.
English proficiency (Native or equivalent level).
