To support our ambitious growth plans, we’re hiring a Mid-Level Infrastructure Engineer to join our remote-first, cross-functional tech team of software engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists. Our core platform processes millions of regulatory documents through hundreds of machine learning models, supporting a rapidly growing repository of global regulations. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our Principal Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and scale our cloud-native infrastructure. You’ll manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, improve CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, and help ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong software engineering mindset looking to deepen their expertise in infrastructure and DevOps as part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform/OpenTofu. Manage container orchestration with Kubernetes—including writing and debugging deployments. Collaborate on infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions. Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS or GCP ( deep expertise in at least one is required ). Maintain and optimize databases and application performance. Qualifications/Requirements Proficiency in TypeScript or Python , or strong willingness to learn. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform/Terragrunt/OpenTofu. Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge in either AWS or GCP. Nice to Have Monitoring stack tools: Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Alertmanager, Grafana. CI/CD experience with FluxCD (or ArgoCD). Database performance optimization and management experience.
