Project overview
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall management of the technical service team operating in the Philippines manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Lead and continuously develop the team with an appropriate mix of skills to deliver the engineering work packages to support production CBOM/MBOM creation Electronic Work instruction creation and revision Bill of Process creation JDE (MRP) attribute data entry Engineering Data required by production Production Workflow ECN, JCR, & DQN Implementation CMP Creation Other work packages as identified Continuously improve the methods, procedures and working practices to support the Galley production builds Drive the team & Sustain the operating Metrics, improve and define working practices and processes for efficient work package creation and execution Communicate effectively and professionally to internal and external management, the progress and status of each work package Define, delegate and report status of the work packages Provide leadership and direction to the team Manage multiple work packages, as per business need. Maintain the engineering quality and integrity of the work package From time to time, be prepared to undertake other tasks as requested by their immediate supervisors. Improvements Projects Qualifications Graduate of any Engineering or any related discipline courses With more than 7 years of relevant experience Ability to Multi-task Highly dependable and hard working Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Excellent team working skills Has the ability to work with a minimal level of supervision and intervention Resourceful and people management WORK LOCATION Address [removed]
