Key Responsibilities Coordinate sample logistics for a range of materials associated with our innovative products, including the products themselves. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure that samples are tested in accordance with established timelines dictated by both internal and external guidelines and protocols. Manage the stability programs for our products, overseeing the generation of detailed protocols and comprehensive reports. Ensure the seamless execution of testing processes, contributing significantly to the integrity and efficacy of our groundbreaking gene therapies. Qualifications/Requirements Experience in supply chain and external partner management Experience working within a regulated environment (i.e. working knowledge of GMP regulations and execution of GMP biomanufacturing process) Solid understanding of fundamentals of biotherapeutic analytical test methods (biochemical, cell-based, molecular biology) Data analysis: understanding of and experience with analytical test method data and the tools and approaches that are used to track, trend and evaluate these Excellent technical writing skills, effective verbal communication, and presentation skills Project Management: ability to construct a plan, set interim milestones, and enable clear tracking of, and reporting on, progress vs plan Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Life Insurance Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Account Competitive Salary Paid Time Off Employee Discounts Employer paid LTD & STD
