We are looking to hire a highly motivated and passionate IT Business Development Manager who has extensive experience in sales and business development in the IT and software services industry. Someone who has a positive sales personality who can generate new sales lead and be the first point of contact with a new potential client. Ideally, someone who can help us reach the goal of having sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time remote role. We are looking for a IT Business Development Manager specifically with these requirements: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Proven working experience of 3+ years as a business development manager, sales executive, or a similar role A solid business network of individuals in the IT/Software services industry Has connections/network in the IT/Software services industry Has an experience end to end knowledge of the sales cycle and IT/ Software services Has experience in significant revenue growth and deal engagements Strong communication skills and IT/ software services fluency Open to business trips/travel (from time to time) Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Develop a growth strategy and marketing initiatives focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to find new opportunities and to identify new markets and customer needs Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones Contacting and arranging meetings with potential clients to establish rapport Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives Develop sales contracts and proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Train team members into valuable salespeople If interested you can click and apply. https://remotivatejobs.com/job/adpros-operations-manager/ Thank you for taking the time to consider this position.
