Looking to build a webapp for internal use at our company that will enable the ingestion of vendor file data via flatfile developers.flatfile.io/docs/install , then perform a lookup against our existing DB of info, allow managers to then assign callers/researchers to engage portions of or the whole list of vendors, allow caller/researchers to update/input survey data collected via phone and then managers to then assemble all data and report out. Phase 2 would include integrated dialer like twilio and add call recording as well as continued build out of capabilities
