Looking for frontend developer to build a plugin for Freshdesk platform. You should be familiar with the automation workflow of Freshdesk and the available feature/ function.
The purpose of this plugin is to allow the user to send SMS to from Freshdesk page. 1. Page to configure credential to send SMS (This plugin must be sending SMS via MoceanAPI service.) 2. The plugin must be sending SMS via MoceanAPI service. 3. The plugin need to be ready to submit to marketplace for Freshdesk platform user to download and use it. 4. Customizable sms template 5. SMS Notification History Requirement: 1. Please send similar plugin portfolio of your previous work. 2. Familiar with Freshdesk automation workflow 3. have develop plugin for Freshdesk app previously
