OVERVIEW Ovation Solutions is a leading provider of engaging B2B animated and live action marketing and sales videos for the tech industry. Our producers excel at turning complex technical business messages in to elegant creative stories that succinctly explain the unique value of our client’s offerings, generate and drive sales. As a Producer, you will: * Lead projects from initial client contact through development of creative approaches, script, and storyboard instructions to coordinating with the production team to deliver the final video. * Independently research and write the script and come up with creative ideas for the visuals. * Coordinate the execution of high-quality videos together with other producers, artists, and animators - meeting project deadlines and milestones. * Manage a set budget and work within project parameters for team project time expended and scope (target video complexity/length). REQUIRED SKILLS Storytelling - Excel at turning complex, technical concepts into powerful animated and live action video stories. Writing - Write clear, concise, easy to read scripts. Possess business expertise to understand the sophisticated technical concepts of our client’s solutions. Creativity - Develop fresh, engaging ideas that will be the basis for developing storyboard visuals. Be able to evaluate other people’s creative ideas and ensure all are of the highest quality (relevant, current, sophisticated, and most effective ways to communicate and differentiate our client’s offering). Leadership - Lead and motivate teams of artists, animators, and client staff. Drive high performance among individuals and across the team. Account Manager - Delight clients with outstanding service and effectively resolve any issues. Proactively manage budgets and timelines. Efficiency - Be a self starter who sets your own goals and efficiently drives yourself and your team to consistently reach them. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film or related field preferred, but not required. Minimum 5 years relevant experience required. Reliable access to computer, phone and internet required. Technical background a plus. Understanding of Adobe Illustrator and After Effects a plus.
