About the Role Ready to sell technology that transforms industries? We’re looking for a Sales Executive (ERP & SaaS) who thrives on building relationships, handling objections with confidence, and closing deals in complex sectors. We’re hiring a driven Sales Executive (ERP & SaaS) to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth for a global software solutions provider. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup. To succeed, you’ll bring proven sales experience in construction, real estate, distribution, or manufacturing — industries where ERP solutions drive real impact. The ideal candidate combines persistence, professionalism, and strong objection handling skills with a consultative, end-to-end sales approach. Key Responsibilities Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and handing over to technical teams Use outbound strategies such as email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and direct marketing to generate qualified leads Confidently present and position ERP and SaaS solutions to senior decision-makers Guide prospects through the sales funnel with structured follow-ups and proactive communication Conduct or coordinate product demos when required, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to provide accurate requirements for solution scoping Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity, particularly in the construction, real estate, distribution, and manufacturing sectors Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting in platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce Qualifications/Requirements Have at least 3 years of ERP, SaaS, or B2B solution sales experience with a strong record of closing deals Bring industry-aligned sales experience in construction, real estate, distribution, or manufacturing (non-negotiable) Excel at objection handling and navigating complex decision-making processes Are highly organised, proactive, and responsive in client communications Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Are comfortable with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Lusha Are curious and open to leveraging AI tools to enhance your sales process What Sets You Apart Previous experience running or facilitating software demos A strong network of industry contacts in construction, real estate, distribution, or manufacturing Demonstrated ability to work independently while hitting or exceeding targets A consultative selling style that builds trust with clients Work Schedule & Employment Terms Full-Time | Monday to Friday Remote role for Philippine-based candidates Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based) Benefits HMO with 1 free dependent Life insurance Paid leave credits Government-mandated benefits including 13th month pay Work-from-home equipment provided How to Apply To apply, please submit your application via our careers page: https://recruiterflow.com/staffstream/jobs/173 As part of your application, kindly include: A 1-2 minute video introduction sharing your background and why you’re a great fit for the role This helps us understand your sales style, communication strengths, and ability to manage complex objections beyond what’s on your CV.
