About the Role Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Project/Program Manager (Dealer ERP Program Manager 4) to join our team! The Dealer ERP Program requires a project manager who will play a critical role in the successful execution of the Business Processes and Dealer Engagement workstreams. This role is essential for providing structured oversight, managing workstream schedules, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on target, and facilitating communication and collaboration across internal working teams, external vendors and the Company’s dealer network. Key Responsibilities Provide timely updates to key stakeholders, including the DSD’s and other enterprise partners. Drive the definition of project scope, create work breakdown structures and develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on target. Develop risk/issue mitigation plans and address issues promptly to avoid delays. Document key decisions to ensure traceability and transparency. Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, external vendors, and dealer network to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Create and execute project stakeholder communication plans, providing regular updates on status, risks, and milestones. Support transparent workstream performance tracking and reporting to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly. Drive workstream efficiency through the application of PMO standards and best practices. Scrum Master responsibilities, including driving the creation of team schedules and facilitating collaboration. Track action items and documents in Azure DevOps and One Note. Qualifications/Requirements Education & Experience Required: No degree with 10+ years’ experience. Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5-7 years’ experience. Required Skills: SharePoint experience (ability to build the SharePoint site) to collaborate and drive transparency. Create workflows with other MS tools (Power Automate experience). Azure DevOps experience or similar tool (Agile work management tool). Experience in documenting training materials and process guides and/or job aids. Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile (understand this framework). Auditing experience in PMO compliance and/or policies. Desired Skills: PowerBI experience. Soft Skills Required: Heavy attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Change management skills. Cross-functional coordination. Facilitation.
