Project overview

ResponseCRM is looking for e-commerce Business Analyst with direct response CRM experience. Responsibilities: • Capture and document technical requirements for ecommerce implementations and integrations (ie/ Payment Integrations, Fulfillment, Reporting..), assisting in the delivery of the solution to meet business requirements and producing functional specs • Function as a liaison between the development team and the rest of the team. • Lead discovery analysis and requirements gathering that support the strategy and objectives • Create business requirements documentation, use cases, and functional specifications in the form of user stories and wireframe/design annotations as needed • Coordinate requirements walk-through and approvals with team members that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs • Ability to monitor requirements traceability to manage scope creep • Detail oriented with the skill to analyze and “read between the lines” to ensure scope is followed • Lead requirements prioritization alongside client stakeholders • Lead requirements through the project lifecycle, supporting testers and developers in understanding requirements • Support internal teams with the UAT process • Serve as a SME throughout the organization on eCommerce platform questions Skillset: • Adjust in a fast paced, self-starter environment with a “can-do” attitude • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure • Ability to identify, mitigate, resolve and escalate risks throughout the lifecycle • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and controlling project scope • Deep understanding of web development architecture and technologies • Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude working in high stress situations • High sense of responsibility for the quality and goals of the project Experience: • 2 yrs+ in ecommerce agency • 2 yrs+ experience of working in a Business Analyst or similar role • Experience implementing direct Response CRMs, Shopify Plus and/or Headless implementations • Understanding of data models and the relationship between data and processes • Experience translating "technical speak" to non-technical stakeholders • Thorough working knowledge of the SDLC models/methodologies, IT systems and their direct implementation to projects Contract: This will be a remote full time position.
