Digital Marketing Program Manager Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Marketing Program Manager. The responsibilities of this role include planning and leading execution for marketing campaigns, holistic strategies; delegating tasks among team members while ensuring projects get completed on time within budget and exceed client expectations! You'll also need excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), strategic thinking abilities, ability to manage/oversee multiple projects at one time, and ability to tailor your communication at all levels, including client interface, executive reporting, and team management. Core Responsibilities: B2B Marketing Project/Program Management (85%) · Engage with prospective clients to understand requirements and build relationships as part of business development · Lead the development of RFI’s and RFPs for prospective business, working closely with Marketing Strategists, and other specialists · Establish program resource plans, and source contract talent in staffing projects · Lead planning, resourcing, and execution oversight of client facing, business-to-business marketing projects including email campaigns, event promotion, event follow up, drip email nurture series, webinars, website and social media presence, blogs, content. · Ensure all programs are linked to CRM campaigns to ensure accurate campaign ROI tracking · Analyze email, webinar, and campaign performance with an eye towards continuous improvement, and sharing insights across the team. · Facilitate marketing project retrospectives following completion of each marketing project. · Build a marketing project management run-book to use when onboarding other project managers as we scale to ensure process standards are conditioned and working · Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of contract talent · Source and hire for additional digital marketing project managers as we scale · Provide regular reporting on project/program status to clients, executives, etc. Other Responsibilities: Internal Marketing Operations Management (15%) · Oversee current contractors and agencies responsible for managing internal campaigns, social media presence, and other digital assets · Lead strategic planning to align on digital marketing goals, and prioritize, plan and oversee execution of associated projects Skills and Qualifications · Excellent, fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. · You are obsessed with making customers happy. · 6+ Years in Technology Project Management · 3+ Years in Digital Marketing Project Management · Experience working in an agency B2B software marketing team. · Some knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g. Marketo), CRM software (Salesforce preferred), and digital marketing best practices and trends. · Experience in developing RFI’s and RFP’s preferred · Experience cultivating high performing teams preferred · Experience sourcing, hiring, onboarding, performance managing, and terminating employees and/or contractors preferred · Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. · Proficiency in Monday.com Please apply with your resume and cover letter in English to: frederickjleal@gmail.com
