Website: https://clubleader360.com Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled developer to enhance the Leadership Balance Assessment (LBA) platform, a core component of Club Leader 360. The LBA provides 360-degree evaluations for leaders in various club industries, such as sports clubs, golf clubs, and homeowners' associations. Our goal is to fine-tune the platform for better precision, functionality, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Graph Precision Adjustment : Improve the accuracy and precision of graphical representations in the LBA reports to ensure that data is consistently displayed across all generated reports. Report Processing Issues : Resolve issues related to report generation, particularly when certain evaluator categories are missing. Ensure that reports can still be generated even if some categories are not filled, by omitting scoring for those categories. Custom User Role Functionality : Restore and enhance the functionality for multiple custom user roles. Ensure that users can seamlessly transition between roles (evaluator and evaluatee) without the need for multiple accounts, while maintaining role-specific labeling. Writable PDF Generation : Explore the feasibility of generating digitally writable PDFs for the final reports, enabling users to fill out worksheets directly within the PDF form rather than printing them. Familiarity with platforms that generate custom reports and evaluations. Experience with PDF generation and making PDFs writable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and founders. Experience with user role management and customization in backend systems. Project Details: Access to the platform and test accounts will be provided. This is a contract-based project with specific deliverables tied to the improvements mentioned.
