About the Role As the Demand Generation Analyst, you'll directly enable business growth by working with channel partners to implement and coordinate successful marketing campaigns. You will assist our go-to-market leaders in making better, faster, data-informed decisions by defining key performance indicators, collecting and analyzing demand generation data, developing dashboards and reports on the velocity and quality of our pipeline, and cascading insights about how we can accelerate and elevate our demand generation efforts. You will report to the Demand Generation Manager and can work out of our New York City office or remotely anywhere in the continental United States. What You'll Do Implement lead generation programs (email, paid, direct mail, etc.) within HubSpot Marketing Automation platform and manage the workflow operations behind these campaigns. Partner with the content, creative and sales organizations to execute campaigns that drive the marketing & sales funnel and accelerate sign ups Conduct analyses and provide detailed, actionable recommendations on how to optimize marketing efforts Partner closely with channel partners to understand campaign requirements and flow; propose effective solutions for testing and scaling key campaigns Measure and monitor key performance indicators for individual and holistic campaigns Account-Based Marketing sourcing potential key salon suite partnerships Track, measure, and report on marketing ROI, including performance reporting on campaign effectiveness and lead generation What We're Looking For 2+ years experience working on various marketing automation programs and performing data-driven analysis of campaign performance Understanding of technology business models and pipeline funnels, specifically for B2B SaaS companies Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and a proven ability to perform analyses and identify insights for optimization Demonstrated experience and expertise with HubSpot and implementing various campaigns (email, direct mail, etc.) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong focus on customer conversations and performance metrics
